Love me some Bucks.. however the customer service is horrible. Strictly speaking for 8/13 at 2.45. Ordered a Venti pink drink , a yogurt bowl and a large water. The gentleman with the spikes and stringy mullet entered the order wrong and it came out as a Grande- I noticed she was making the wrong size and I told her- she just looked at me and said "well that's what it says" and handed it to me. I asked her to speak with the cashier since they were not busy at all and she just said "that's what it says"and proceeded to hand it to me . I was willing to pay extra and would have no problem - we order a Venti because they put so much ice in that it's actually a small with the liquid amount. We wouldn't accept it so she says I'll make you a large which is what she should do. She was young - but what makes her think that she should not want to help out the customer or just simply ask the cashier? Instead she just looks at you point blank and says "well that's what it says" these young kids need to be trained on what Customer service is really about- don't be rude or condensing. Look at the customer in the eyes - don't roll your eyes and just be nice. I guess it's just nice that she's working - but come on.
The facility was clean and we will be back- -

Certainly seems popular with the locals. The long wooden table is fantastic to have nearby the individual seats. It needs to be picked up frequently as people tend to leave things here. This place is huge! First time here and so wish my local Starbucks was like this. Lots of types of seats, even bench tablets along with the normal options of tables and chairs. The bar area is beautiful wood. Hmmm, my Strawberry Açaí is prefect. Great to have all the shopping near by as well.

I finally checked out the new Starbucks which opened at the Strawberry Village (in the old Pasta Pomodoro location). Still not exactly sure why we needed yet another Starbucks, since there are already two other Starbucks in the same shopping center, but there are lots of things in the world right now that don't make sense to me.
In any case, this Starbucks 2.0 is all shiny, clean, and new, with plenty of seating (both indoor and outdoor) and free WiFi. To be honest, the place feels more like an airport lounge than a coffee shop. For some reason, I was under the assumption that this new Starbucks would have more food offerings as well as wine + beer. Unfortunately, I didn't see anything on the menu or in the food section to confirm this rumor. Maybe they're still awaiting their wine/beer license?
Although it boasts a new, modern-chic interior and long coffee bar, at the end of the day, it's still just a Starbucks. And unfortunately, this location is still working out some service issues. I ordered a double espresso over ice and it took almost 10 minutes for it to be prepared (and there were 5 baristas behind the counter and maybe 5 customers). Truth be told, I could get the same beverage at the Starbucks in the Safeway across the street in 2 minutes.
I do applaud Starbucks on trying to spruce things up with their new lounge. However, in the interest of time, I'm probably going to stick with the old Safeway location (and combine my caffeine intake with some grocery shopping). -

This is a really nice Starbucks!
Same consistent product yet easy location off highway 101 going north from San Francisco. Plenty of parking.
Staff is friendly, courteous and surprisingly detailed. Back story-I've never had anyone from Starbucks ask me how to spell my name. I was asked at this Starbucks!
Bathroom was dirty but it was being cleaned while we were there.
Plenty of seating and cozy spots for working and such. -

Love how clean and beautiful their store is and the fact that they have all gender bathrooms. Hate the fact that some of their staff come off as super fake. I don't know if they're just prepared to be on guard against snarky customers because of the area, or what, but... it's not cute.
